Fit And Size

 Do you have a women's size chart which I can refer to?

Our women's sizing chart is visible next to each product on our website. Alternatively, you can also find our sizing chart and a guide here. If you are unsure about sizing and need any help, contact our customer service. If the size you order doesn’t quite fit right, exchanges are also available at no additional cost.


 What is an over-sized fit?

Over-sized fits in women's fashion are freshly known as outfits that are comfortable, casual and breezy. The idea is of an undefined structure to represent a more laid-back state of mind.


 Do you offer maternity sizes?

While we don’t have a specific maternity line of women's clothing, most of our garments have a relaxed fit. To understand more about the fit, email us, we’ll be glad to assist you. 


 Do you offer Extra Large/Plus Sizes?

Yes, we offer all ranges - XS- XXXL. Please consult our stylist before placing your order. Our stylist will be able to recommend and guide you.




 Can you customize a dress for me?

We do customize; Our stylist will share our latest fabric directory with you. You can choose the fabric of your choice and pick a style from our current collection listed on our website.


 I am interested in purchasing a dress which is marked sold out on the website. Can I still order it? 

Yes, you can, We will be happy to remake it for you in a different fabric, our stylist will share the textile directory.


 How can I mention additional notes when placing an order?

When you add a product into the shopping basket, you will see a box on the bottom right of the screen. Feel free to leave your notes there, and we will contact you if we need any additional information.

 Is it safe to use our Credit/Debit card?

At crow, we ensure that every purchase is highly secure. Your credit card purchases will be safeguarded as you will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order. 

Our payment department may contact you for further details before confirming the order. They may carry out anti-fraud checks for greater protection before approving.


 What payment options do you accept?

You can choose to pay by cash on delivery or by using all major credit/debit cards, our merchant partners PayPal, cc avenue are highly secured. In case you fail to make the payment, or you face any kind of glitch while paying get in touch with us here.


 How do I use my discount code?

We use FedEx, Bluedart and Delhivery to send all our orders.

All the orders are shipped from our studio located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, INDIA.


 Can I choose the delivery date and time?

 Can I make a purchase online outside of my current residence?

Yes, you can make a purchase online outside of your current residence by changing the shipping location to match your current location.  Please provide a local delivery address by email to our customer care within 24  hours after placing the order.


 How will my parcel be delivered, and how long does delivery take?

All our orders are delivered within 10-15 working days.


 How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Please click on it to track your order.


 Can I make any changes to my order after placing the order?

Yes, you can email our customer service at manager@worldofcrow.com within 24 hours of purchasing to amend/add any items included in the order or change the recipient details or the delivery address. 


 Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, it can be changed if the order has not already been dispatched. You can ask our customer care executive for support.  


 Do you cover custom duties on International orders?

We don't cover custom duties. 


 Do you cover the loss of stolen packages?

We do not cover loss of stolen packages. 


Return And Exchange


 How do I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with our garment, we are readily available to sort it out for you. We have a return policy at Crow, which ensures returns and refunds when met with specific conditions. After your return has been received and processed at our studio, we will send you a confirmation email to keep you informed. We offer the choice of store credit or a full refund.  Do you get a pickup arranged in case of return/exchange?

Yes, we arrange for all the return/exchange pickups from the same address, you can get in touch with our customer service here.


 How long does my returns and refunds take?

We ensure a maximum of a 14 day period, which consists of the returned package arriving at our studio and then being processed for a refund. Shortly after this, we will send you a confirmation email. However, if you have not received any such email after 14 days, feel free to contact our customer service here, providing a proof of your return along with the list of items returned. We shall be happy to help you. 


 How do I return/exchange an garment bought from the store?

To return an garment bought from a store, it needs to be directly returned at the store which is located in the same country it was bought in, although this excludes concession stores. You can easily find the criteria of return on your purchase receipt. In case you need additional help, the store team will be readily available to advise you further.

Kindly note that we will not be able to accept the return of garments that are bought in a different country, nor can we exchange those particular garments. 


 How do I return/exchange an item bought from an exhibition?

Things bought from the exhibitions can be only returned until the exhibition’s last date, within the same country of purchase. You can find the conditions of return on your purchase receipt, or the exhibition team will be happy to guide you further.

 What quality can I expect from fabrics used in crow dresses?

We firmly believe in creating handwoven fabrics which are in harmony with nature. Our exceptional quality of cotton fabrics are designed to enhance ease and is kind to your sensitive skin, letting it breathe. All our fabrics are entirely biodegradable and ethically grown, minimizing the carbon footprint. 

Slight variations and irregularities in the fabric are an integral characteristic of the hand-printed, handwoven and hand-spun fabrics. They add to the uniqueness of the product and are not a defect

 Why are the garments so expensive?

All the fabrics used in making the garments are ethically made in different parts of India. They are handcrafted using traditional techniques by the artisans and weavers. The processes involved in making the fabric are intricate and labor intensive. Each garment is hand finished/embroidered based on the silhouette.

We thoughtfully decide the price of the clothing, taking into account our overheads, fair wages to our artisans, "karigars" and weavers, and the customers.


 Where are crow dresses made?

All our dresses are stitched with the utmost care and finesse at our workshop in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. All our textiles are handwoven in different parts of India.


 How do I find out more about the garment I wish to buy?

We understand it is important for a garment to fit properly and feel just right; we have explained the fit, style, detailing and color of the dress with a brief note of the handwoven fabrics we have used to make the dress.


 Does the actual product vary from the picture on the website?

Due to the difference in brightness and monitors, the colors of the actual product may vary from the image of the product.


 What does handwoven fabric mean?

The fabrics that are handwoven by using the most sustainable, non-power based traditional processes and tools similar to those seen in the 19th century, which make our textiles eco-friendly.


 What does organic cotton fabric mean?

Fabrics which are made from cotton that is grown naturally without any use of pesticides. The cotton is entirely biodegradable and humble to nature. To know more click here.

Natural dyes are derived from various parts of plants such as roots, leaves, fruits, barks, flowers. To know more click here.


 Do you use natural dyes in all your garments?

We try to use natural dyes as much as possible. 


 What does sustainability and eco-friendly mean to Crow?

The process of making which doesn't harm the environment and the community. There is a thought put in every stage of the creation. A commitment to protecting the environment and natural resources has been one of our core values.


 What does Fair-Trade mean to crow?

Fair-Trade means our artisans are paid on time and paid fair prices. And all our products are made in humble conditions in consonance with humanity and mother earth.

Ethical means honesty and integrity. We strive hard to be fair in our dealings, to respect the community, and to care for nature.


 What are Azo-Free dyes?

In the complex world of dyes, some dyes are synthetic which are used regularly by the textile industry. 'Azo dye' is a commonly used term that refers to a group of synthetic dyes that dwell in compounds of an 'Azo' chemical group. These have become immensely popular, as testified by studies that show these dyes are used in approximately 70% of all commercial organic dyes today. 


However, with increased testing and research, it has been found that around  4% to 5% of Azo dyes can be manipulated to form compounds known as 'aromatic amines'. These are harmful and are potentially dangerous to human health, as numerous correlations between the chemicals and cancers have been found. Specifically, research has shown a strong connection between the dyes and the causation of bladder and liver cancers. Not only this, but Azo dyes are also impractical for the environment and our hope for sustainability as they do not deteriorate under natural conditions.


'Azo-free' refers to dyes that have not been made using these synthetic compounds. The use of such dyes is an exceedingly beneficial practice for both the consumer's health and the environment.
